What I Actually Wore on My Birthday & Link Up On the Edge #46

On Tuesday (my actual birthday), I shared with you all my special photo shoot showcasing my Checkered Pin Up Midi Dress courtesy of DressLily (you can view that post here). But today, I am going to share what I actually wore on my birthday. I spent most of the day running around and getting ready for our Fashion Show which was last night. We had an amazing time at the Runway on the Square: Frames, Fashion, and Footwear. We featured items from Shelbee on the Edge/Shelbee’s Shoppe, EyeCrave Optics, Strut Boutique, Solitary Consignment, and Avon Shoes. The lovely Melissa of Sarissa Melissa Photography was there capturing all of our best moments on camera and live Facebook feeds. Food was provided by a local eatery, Johnny D’s. You can check out some of the details from last night’s show on all of our Facebook pages (I just provided links to all of them).

Anyway, back to my birthday outfit.  It was special day so I decided to get all dressed up in celebration! I even wore a flower in my hair!

I am looking forward to another fabulous year of experiences, growth, and empowerment. Cheers to 43!

Here are your favorites from last week.

Mel of Mom with Style shared the cutest summer outfit in her post How to Wear a Stripe Top in Summer. You must go visit her post and see the close-up shots of her amazing shoes!

And Tif of Bright on a Budget is looking so fabulous in her purple striped LulaRoe Julia Dress for Summer. I love these bright colors on Tif and the amazing background in her photos!

Keeping it on the edge,

Shelbee
