Thrifted Tweed Blazer
I hope everyone had a fabulous Thanksgiving filled with family, friends, and great food. Mine was a quiet, but enjoyable holiday with just myself, my kids, and our roommate, A. I have to admit deployment holidays are kind of a bummer, but we made the best of it. We avoided the hassle of a turkey and had shrimp, steak, ad chicken breast on the grill instead. Kitten Shoes…Meow
Some days I just want to wear my kitten shoes. And some days my kitten shoes are the most practical choice. It just depends. On this day, the cats were the only shoes that really looked right with my new clearance ($6 at Kohl’s) burgundy boot cut corduroy pants. These pants are so super soft with a fine corduroy ribbing and the color is right on trend this season. I paired my wine colored pants with a simple black cotton tunic, a pale heather gray infinity scarf, some argyle socks, and a handy dark wash denim jacket.
