I just realized how much I am enjoying my denim jackets this season (I have three). I have been wanting to try the socks and sandals trend, but I was a bit nervous about whether I could pull it off. So I kept it simple for a cool Fall day with dark earthy tones. I actually planned this outfit from the feet up! I started with my super long, thick, warm, and cozy burgundy socks paired with my very comfortable footbed sandals in deep brown. Pleasantly Plaid in Plum and Navy
Ever since plaid pants hit the punk fashion scene in the 1980’s and I saw Cyndi Lauper rocking them like no one else, I have lusted for a pair of my own. I remember my sister had a pair of red, orange, and yellow plaid skinny pants around that time and I was so jealous.
