Shelbee’s Shoppe Policies and Restrictions

Where I can ship: At this time, Shelbee’s Shoppe will only be able to ship to addresses in the United States and Canada.   I do apologize to my international friends for this restriction.  Hopefully, at some point in the future, I will be able to ship internationally.

Shipping rates:  There is a $5.00 flat shipping rate for orders under $100. FREE SHIPPING for orders $100 and up with coupon code FREESHIP100. Enter coupon code at checkout.

Returns and exchanges: If within 14 days of receipt of your Shelbee’s Shoppe product, you are not satisfied with the fit or quality, you may return the item for a full refund.  However, shipping the product back to me will be at your cost.  If you need to process a return, please send an email to shelbeeontheedge@gmail.com with Return Request in the subject line.  Please include which product you are returning and the reason for the return.
